The Company Sales Dashboard opens after you sign in. It is the working screen for quoting: where you start a quotation and where requests from customers arrive.

The Instant Quote panel (left)
One card per service — Ocean FCL, Ocean LCL, Air Freight, Road Freight (FTL/LTL) — each showing how many active rates it can search. Click a card to start an Instant Quote for that service.
Under the cards, Fast Quotation offers shortcuts by mode (Air, FCL, LCL, INT FCL, FTL, …) for a quotation typed in by hand. See How to search Instant Quote manually.
The three warnings on a new workspace
| Warning | Meaning | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Tariffs Inactive (red dot, top of the panel) | No buying agreement or tariff is active, so no service has prices. | Load a tariff with AI Studio or create a buying agreement. See How to load a buying agreement with Freightools AI Studio. |
| 0 active rates on a card | That service has no usable rates yet. | Same as above, for that mode. |
| Smart Pricing Disabled: No agreements detected | No selling agreement or selling rule exists, so Freightools cannot turn a buying price into a customer price. | Create a selling agreement or rule. See Understanding selling agreements. |
They disappear on their own once the underlying data exists.
Incoming Quote Requests (right)
Emails that Freightools recognises as quotation requests land here, grouped by status: New / Pending, AI Replied, Won, Rejected, with a filter by service (All, FCL, LCL, Air, FTL, LTL, Rail, …).
Sent to: No channel configured means no mailbox is connected yet, so nothing can arrive. Connect one under Settings → Email Settings — see How to connect your email to Freightools. Once connected, the line shows the address Freightools watches. (confirm)
The top bar
- Partners, Quotes, Tariffs — the main menus.
- ⚡ Instant Quotes — the same as the panel, from anywhere.
- The chat, bell and gear icons — messages, notifications and Settings. (confirm the chat icon's purpose)
FAQ
Why does the panel say 0 rates when I just connected a spot-rate carrier?
Spot rates are fetched per search and are not counted as "active rates"; the count reflects contract rates loaded as agreements. (confirm)
Can I rearrange the dashboard?
The handle at the top-left of the panel suggests the panels can be moved. (confirm)
